What would society look like if everything was transparent? This magazine is issued in 2019 from a small town Scargreen, where people are used to living in a transparent society where everyone can see everything. By giving existing CTV images new captions a new story is created, a story in which a personal view is shown about what would change in a society if everything would become transparent.
